After more than 29 years devoted to an exemplary practice
of law, both in the public and the private sector, Dr. Carlos
Eduardo Rubio, together with his son Jorge Hernan Rubio, established
in 1977 the law firm of Rubio & Rubio in order to better
satisfy the growing demand for his professional services.
Until his untimely death in 1993, Dr. Carlos Rubio brought
to the practice of law his honest thinking and highest ethical
values, making him worthy of the respect and the affection
of his colleagues, his clients and of the community in general.
Later, in 1994, Jose Alberto Alvarez and Jorge Hernan Rubio
merged their respective law firms and were joined by David
Mizrachi Fidanque and Raul Diaz Arango, two young and promising
attorneys. More recently in September 1996 Menalco Solis and
Roberto Abrego joined the firm, thus strengthening its potential
both within the national boundaries and abroad.
Rubio, Alvarez, Solis & Abrego (RASA) is, then, the successor
of Rubio & Rubio and, as such, is the heir of a tradition
for efficient and loyal services to its clients.
RASA combines the value of experience with that of creativity,
in order to satisfy the demands of its clients in a modern
world in permanent state of transformation and innovation.
It has, additionally, a broad network of correspondent attorneys
and law firms nationally and abroad, rendering it capable
