The firm specializes in International Class Action cases, which are cases that are characterized by its large conglomerate of affected parties, in order to achieve a just sentence, before the same court. Founding partner Jorge Hernan Rubio, was the promoter of the law that made Panama an international forum for these cases, when he was a member of Panama’s Congress. In turn, the firm has a procedure manual on these cases, and the firm is known for being one of the first to present this action in Panamanian courts.
